It's always the same thing and education...
Inside the customer's premise ,you need to have a Modem,PC with a NIC,filters and the cables.
Outside the DEMARC marked by the NID,that's where the copper wires go to the Central Office. The different thing about the account which I support now is that inside their Central Office,they not only have a DSLAM nor the Router but they have the MPS/Ldap and Radius.
Plus,this DSL account also does not want to exhaust a 16k ft distance...
